We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Photos of the product/products may be requested by us to help the evaluation.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your exchange is accepted, the customer is liable for return postage. Items sent back to us will be asessed as a case by case basis. If the prodcuts are faulty or damaged in any way the return postage will be credited to the customer, within reason.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns for certain types of items, like wet products, hair extension and lash products. Combs and brushes, hair straighteners, volumizers and similar devices that has had hair contact will not be acceptable for a return, for hygine reasons - Perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
